Miss Chic Fashion recognized that their current strategy was disconnected from what they actually wanted: sales.

Further in the audit, we noticed creative mismatchEnglish and Spanish content to a Brazilian audience. So we made sure that all messaging was in Portuguese and relevant to their ideal buyers

Additionally, we saw that some ads were still pushing inventory that was no longer available. This was hurting both trust and conversions. So we created new, dynamic creatives with fresh arrivals only.


When we began working together, we launched a retargeting campaign to re-engage their existing warm audience from old traffic campaigns. Then we followed it with a high-converting sales campaign for newly arrived products. We also created a brick & mortar specific campaign on a small budget to drive foot traffic.

The Results

ROAS increased from untrackable and non-existent to 12x within 3 months, generating $22,000 in revenue from less than $2k in ad spend.

And the momentum did not stop there. Monthly e-commerce sales reached their highest point in over a year. Spent less, made more: In November 2025, we spent 15% less than the previous year and increased sales by 49%. In December, we spent nearly 50% less and still saw a 5% sales increase.
